We are advising NT plėtros grupė on all legal matters related to development of a residential and business complex of approx 11,000 m² in Vilnius old town. NT plėtros grupė is a closed-end investment undertaking intended for informed investors. It is expected that EUR 20 million will be invested in the project.
Our services and project team
Our role includes negotiations, structuring and advice on purchasing land plot and buildings for development. We are also advising on all regulatory matters such as legal issues of land use, cultural heritage protection, planning and zoning, designing, building permissions and commissioning.
The project team consisted of partner Aušra Mudėnaitė, counsel Simonas Skukauskas and associate Julius Raškauskas.
