We assisted Lords LB Baltic Fund IV in concluding a lease agreement with Swedish clothes retail giant Hennes&Mauritz (H&M), which opened a COS premium segment brand store ‒ the first COS store in Lithuania. The store is located on two floors of the renovated G9 shopping centre in Vilnius.
