We assisted Hesburger, one of the largest fast-food chains in Northern Europe, in developing its operations in Belarus. Our team leading the project ‒ consisting of partners Kiryl Apanasevich, Maksim Salahub, senior associate Aliaksei Daryin with associates Alesia Khadasevich and Aliaksei Vashkevich ‒ assisted with establishing a legal entity as well as corporate, employment, migration and real estate matters.
Previously we supported Hesburger in launching its Belarus franchise.
