We assisted Nasdaq Broker Services – a company belonging to global technology and finance leader Nasdaq – in matters related to the sale of Nordic Fund Market to Allfunds Bank. Nordic Fund Market is a digital platform that enables distributors to access third party funds.
Allfunds is the largest investment fund distribution network in Europe and a leading wealthtech platform. With this operation, Allfunds’ total assets under distribution increase to over EUR 500 billion and the company further strengthens its presence in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and the Baltics.
Our services and project team
We advised the client on the deal-related asset transfer transaction whereby part of the client’s business, including employees, contracts, assets, related liabilities and lease, was transferred to group company Nasdaq Wizer Solutions.
