Comprehensive support in transactions. I have worked on Lithuania‘s largest acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and due diligence transactions. With in-depth knowledge of retail, office and light industrial real estate, I advise clients throughout the complete transactional cycle, including structuring transactions, conducting legal due diligence, representing clients in negotiations and supporting them through closings. I also have relevant experience concerning project financing, merger control and tax matters. I take all necessary steps to ensure that my clients‘ business plans are executed practically and efficiently.

Commercial leases. Another essential part of my practice is assisting landlords and tenants in large commercial leases. I have worked on commercial leases both as an external advisor and as a management member in the largest retail property company in the Baltic States. I have also taught courses on commercial property leases.

An inside view. I have experience leading an in-house legal function, as well as heading a corporate development team handling real estate transactions and managing a large retail real estate portfolio. This experience gives me an inside view of what is important to clients and allows me to tailor services to their needs.
