Professional highlights

Work at Sorainen. I joined Sorainen in 2017 after completing my master’s studies at the University of Tartu and started as a lawyer in the Real Estate & Construction team. Since I was mainly interested in disputes, I supported the Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team. In 2020, I moved to the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions team and helped advise on various transactions. After rejoining Sorainen in 2024, I became an associate in the Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team.

Continuous development. I value continuous self-improvement and taking on new challenges. At Sorainen, I have worked in three different teams, gaining knowledge in various areas of law. I have also been an in-house lawyer in different business sectors, most recently in energy. In addition to my law studies, I am pursuing further education in business management at Estonian Business School. My broad knowledge and experience (including in business) help me see the big picture and provide clients with the best possible legal advice.

Previous experience. Before joining Sorainen, I worked for three years as an in-house lawyer at a large service company, gaining insight into daily legal issues. After five years at Sorainen, I moved to the energy sector, advising Elering AS and Sunly AS on legal matters for two years. I rejoined Sorainen in 2024 to focus on dispute resolution and risk management. The energy sector remains close to my heart, so I continue advising on energy and infrastructure matters at Sorainen.
