About me

I am an associate specialising in important everyday issues regarding employment law, including labour protection and settling disputes between employers and employees. I’m also interested in ESG topics connected with employment law.

Professional highlights

Framing employment relations. I develop diverse sets of employment-related documents, such as employment contracts, working regulations, collective agreements and other internal company provisions and policies.

Developing the employment environment. Memorandums prepared by me help clients to organise their issues related to salary models, organisation of working time, option and motivation programmes, confidentiality and non-competition requirements.

Help in disagreements. I develop documents and represent employers in cases of employment termination and disputes with employees.
