We advised our client Isnaudas Forest Holding in a transaction involving the sale of its five subsidiaries, which own forest and agricultural land, to SCA Mežs Latvija.
Our role
We were involved in most stages of the transaction, including advising on deal structure, performing complex reorganisation, reregistration of more than 650 properties with the Latvian Land Registry and final successful closing of the transaction. Transaction value amounts to EUR 44.5 million.
