We successfully represented Topo grupė, a leading Lithuanian consumer electronics retailer, in a dispute with a carrier over failure to deliver goods (electronics valued at more than 120 000 Еur). The carrier stole the goods as part of the alleged fraud. Following complicated negotiations, our client entered into a favourable settlement agreement with the carrier.
