Collective Employment Relations

We strongly believe good cooperation with employees is the cornerstone of business success, so we always aim to resolve any issues in constructive, efficient and peaceful ways. Our employment law experts have extensive experience in collective bargaining, having advised companies employing thousands of people, and successfully negotiated with trade unions and other employee representatives. When and where the law requires an internal works council to be in place, we help with establishing it and assist in its day-to-day dealings, as well as training and educating council members. Many of our clients operate globally and rely on us for help with EU-level employee representation, such as appointing local employee representatives to European Works Councils, as well as employee participation in cross-border mergers and the establishment of European Companies (SEs).
