We assisted Benita Danilenko, the owner of Domenikss, which is the representative of Mercedes-Benz in Latvia, in the sale of the company to Veho.
About the deal
The transaction covers the import, retail and maintenance of Mercedes-Benz passenger and commercial vehicles. After the sales transaction, Domenikss will continue its operations within Veho group as a separate enterprise, keeping its brand, offices and service centres. Presently, the owner of Domenikss is its founder and president Danilenko.
The parties have agreed not to publish the purchase price or any other detailed information that relates to this transaction. The transaction is still awaiting approval from the competition authorities.
