About me
As an assistant lawyer with the firm’s Dispute Resolution & Risk Management practice, I assist senior colleagues mainly with various dispute-related matters. I am especially fascinated by matters of criminal and international law.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.
Professional highlights
Versatile self-development. I am passionate about expanding my knowledge base and believe in life-long learning. During my Bachelor studies, I spent a year studying abroad in Budapest, learning more about the local legal culture, while challenging myself to succeed in a new environment. Aiming to share my lessons with future colleagues, I am also a teaching assistant at the University of Tartu, helping to foster new talents.
Passion for dispute resolution. I find the field of dispute resolution fascinating. Be it government relations, INTERPOL Red Notices, European or international law, I am keen to learn more and support our team in reaching the most suitable outcome.
ThinkTank. As a member of ThinkTank, I also provide legal assistance in a variety of legal fields to colleagues in other practice groups. I believe this offers me the valuable opportunity to develop a wide know-how base in different fields of law.
Criminal law enthusiast. I am especially fascinated by matters of criminal law and related proceedings. During my internship at the Estonian Prosecutor’s Office, and as a participant in the Model International Criminal Court program, I was able to learn more about the field and gain first-hand insight into the topic. I have made it a priority to further deepen my knowledge in the field, also working on a thesis on this topic.
