We advised Henkell Freixenet – the world’s leading sparkling wine producer – on becoming the sole shareholder in Henkell Freixenet Lietuva (formerly Filipolis). After acquiring a majority stake in Filipopolis – one of the leading importers and distributors of alcoholic beverages in Lithuania – in 2018, Henkell Freixenet has now taken over the remaining shares.
