We represented Feilo Sylvania, an international designer and manufacturer of lighting products, in a trademark infringement case, which resulted from the opponent distributing counterfeit products bearing our client’s trademark.
Our assistance
Our assistance included preparing a strategy for ceasing the infringement and preparing and sending a cease and desist letter to the infringer. The infringer complied with the requests in the cease and desist letter and the matter is now closed.
