We advised Helve, a service provider of management consulting, communication and digital leadership in the field of innovations and technology.
We participated in and advised the client on the drafting of a service agreement for an accelerator programme concluded by the client and the co-organiser. We reviewed amendments written by the co-organiser and supplemented the terms of the agreement.

The accelerator programme is organised for start-ups, to give them an opportunity to work on current sustainability challenges with market-leading companies. The aim of the programme is to promote co-operation between market-leading companies and to ensure the sustainable development of innovation throughout industries.
