The online legal clinic at Sorainen Latvia will be hosted by our associate Jūlija Terjuhana and senior associate Zanda Frišfelde in cooperation with other lawyers from Sorainen Latvia office and will take place as an online event via MS Teams. Attendance is free of charge.
Jūlija is a head of the Regional Startup sector group at Sorainen, and provides consultation to clients on matters related to data protection, intellectual property and information technology law.
Zanda is a senior associate with the firm’s M&A and Corporate practice group. Zanda contributes expertise to implementing domestic and cross-border mergers and business restructuring projects.
