Our Latvian team advised the client on regulatory requirements in Latvia regarding commercial activities with military goods and dual-use items, as well as other goods of strategic importance, such as on aspects related to shareholding structure, licences and requirements for premises. The client was planning to start the repair and maintenance of heavy military vehicles in Latvia.
