Our client is one of the biggest sports streaming platforms in the world. We represented the client during debt recovery litigation against Best4Sport.
Development of proceedings
The client had a contract with Best4Sport for the rights to broadcast and distribute Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) events. Best4Sport failed to pay its invoices, and a settlement agreement was concluded between the parties.
We represented the client during the court proceedings and settlement negotiations. As a result, the client received repayment of the debt in full.
