Before focusing on sustainability and ESG matters within the firm, I gained seven years of extensive legal experience working as an in-house lawyer in non-profits and SMEs, as well as consulting Sorainen clients on real estate, construction, regulatory matters and environmental aspects of ESG-related issues, such as renewable energy regulations and development projects, environmental permits and regulations, and waste management as a part of the Real Estate and Construction Practice Group. My legal background helps me streamline Sorainen sustainability-related policies and governance mechanisms and ensure high compliance with applicable ESG regulations and legal industry standards.

Diverse international background. My academic and professional background includes comparative studies providing a broad overview of European, UK, US, Asian and Middle Eastern regulations, corporate governance practices and business cases, as well as work experience in the UK-based organisations with a presence in multiple jurisdictions worldwide. All of this enables a better understanding of different traditions and cultural features of doing business, in turn helping provide efficient and tailored ESG solutions based on the best practices all around the world.
