Competition law advice and litigation. I have assisted and continue to assist clients with various issues related to the regulation of competition law, including I have represented and continue to represent representing clients throughout the process before various institutions and court. I specialise mainly in cartel cases and mergers. At the same time. I am also familiar with issues related to public shareholdings in holding companies.

Data protection. I have been a certified data protection officer since 2019. During this time, I have advised clients from various industries in connection with the implementation of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, and the development of procedures and processes. I have carried out personal data audits, data protection impact assessments and elaborated other necessary compliance documents. I have also successfully assisted clients during inspection cases initiated by the supervisory authority.

Regulatory issues. I am familiar with administrative and public law, which allows me to provide legal assistance in connection to various licenses, permits and other regulatory requirements, as well as in relations with various supervisory authorities (for example, in the fields of advertising, consumer rights, gambling, tobacco products, medical services).
