We assisted Trinidad Wiseman and its shareholders in selling a majority shareholding in Trinidad Wiseman to Helmes.
Trinidad Wiseman (TWN) is a service design and digital transformation company that employs more than 100 people and had a turnover of EUR 16.9 million in 2023. The company’s clients include Elisa, SEB Pank, City24, Telia, ERGO, Tallink, SK ID Solutions, Alexela, Tele2, and various Estonian public sector and European Union institutions.
The reason it sold its 75% shareholding was to strengthen the company’s competitiveness in international markets and expand its range of services. TWN will continue to operate as an independent company, under its own name, with the existing management.
