We advised EIKA Group on the sale of Pupa shopping centre in Vilnius, Pilaitė micro-district. EIKA Development remains the manager of the shopping centre and plans to invest the proceeds in the development and expansion of new projects in Lithuania and the region.
The Pupa shopping centre, built by EIKA in 2008, was the first in Pilaitė, one of the fastest growing districts in Vilnius. The shopping centre has an area of 6,126 square metres and approximately 50 tenants.
The buyer of the shopping centre is UAB NDX Group, the amount of the transaction is undisclosed.
