How to make your family business successful through generations? Insights from the first pan-Baltic survey
Family businesses play a crucial role in the economy, driving employment and fostering innovation. However, they also face unique challenges. Balancing family dynamics with business demands, succession planning, and maintaining traditions while staying competitive can make family businesses more vulnerable compared to their non-family counterparts. Understanding and addressing these challenges is crucial for ensuring their longevity and success.
Following the current market demand, Sorainen, together with representatives from the Baltics Family Firm Institute (BFFI), will conduct a webinar on October 1st.
During the event, we will reveal the results of the first-ever survey conducted during April-May of 2024 by the BFFI in collaboration with Sorainen among family businesses in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. This is a unique opportunity for family business owners and stakeholders to gain valuable insights into the longevity and success of family enterprises.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the current trends and challenges, that family businesses are facing. Our experts will share their reflections on the survey results, providing practical comments for ensuring the long-term success of your family enterprise.
