About me

As a Senior Associate in the Tax team in Estonia, I am mainly focused on direct taxes. My academic background provides an understanding of international aspects of tax law, be it corporate tax, transfer pricing, employment tax, social security conflicts, or VAT. During my master’s studies, I participated in and contributed to coaching the Telders International Moot Court team.

Professional highlights

International exposure. My previous work experience stems from working for an international advisory group in Luxembourg as a senior tax consultant for clients active in the Banking and Funds industry. There, I deep-dived into the world of funds, withholding tax reclaims, and Pillar 2. Before that, I practised as an attorney in the Estonian office of an international law firm, where my work resulted in recognition as a Rising Star in general corporate tax matters by the International Tax Review.

Comfortable with numbers. Even though I come from a law background, my work as a senior tax consultant made me feel at home in financial statements, tax calculations, and Excel.

Growth and collaboration. I am curious and eager to learn and appreciate great teamwork. Collaborating with clients and colleagues alike is what drives me. I believe that the best solutions arrive when people with different perspectives unite for a common cause.
