We helped property developer “Vastint Latvia” to conclude a lease with IT company “Atea Global Services” for the lease of all available office space in an office building still under construction at Antonijas Street 17, Riga, located in Magdalēnas kvartāls.
About the transaction
This becomes not only the largest office rental transaction in the history of Vastint Latvia but also this year’s largest office rental transaction in Latvia. In keeping with current job planning trends and and the hybrid working arrangements popular with employees, the new, office will provide face-to-face jobs for about 350 staff, across six floors and more than 4,000 m2.
Magdalēnas kvartāls is currently the only construction project in the Quiet Centre of Riga offering high-end, energy-efficient office premises. Two office buildings at Antonijas Street 17 and 21 are currently under construction in the second round of development of the block, with rooms for restaurants and shops also planned or the first floors of the buildings.
