A journey of growth
In 2018, we advised Miss Mary on establishing a partnership with Scope, a private equity fund, and have now come full circle, advising them on Miss Mary’s divestment. This journey exemplifies Scope’s approach of actively partnering with entrepreneurs and management to capture inherent potential.
Miss Mary started as a technical women’s underwear supplier for mail-order and catalogue vendors. Under the stewardship of Elisabet Sandström, it has grown into a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer niche underwear specialist, and now constitutes the leading European underwear brand for women.
Our services and client team
We advised Scope as a local counsel, with Roschier acting as the lead counsel, in conducting a vendor legal due diligence review and assisting with the preparation and execution of the transaction.
