We advised international renewable energy company Energix Group on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Taupi energija from the Danish company European Energy. The acquired company is developing a 144 MW capacity wind park and up to a 330 MW capacity solar park in Jonava, Lithuania.
As agreed, European Energy will develop the parks until they are ready for the next phase of investment and construction. The ready-to-build stage is expected to be reached within a few months.

With this notable transaction, Energix Group will enter the Lithuanian renewables market and further strengthen its position in our region.
