Sorainen Belarus consulted China National Chemical Corporation, world-renown enterprise operating in research, production and distribution of tyres and other related products, on local antimonopoly compliance. The advice was sought in the light of planned acquisition by CNRC of control over Pirelli & Co, another global company active in the production and distribution of tyres. Sorainen assistance involved assessing potential antimonopoly risks, obtaining official clarifications from the Belarusian antimonopoly authority and preparing filing for the merger clearance.
