The first Belarus-operated store of the world-renowned pizza take-out and delivery chain, Papa John’s, has opened in Minsk, the capital city.
Sorainen Belarus office assisted with adjusting the client’s franchise and subfranchise agreement to local law requirements, designing the overall legal scheme of local operations and registering the agreements with the local patent authority. The opening of Papa John’s in Minsk is one of the most notable international restaurant chain arrivals in Belarus in 2015. The Sorainen team included partner Maksim Salahub and associate Nadezhda Fomenok.
