In the middle of June, our colleagues, associate Krista Niklase and associate Simonas Šlitas, participated in the Global Connect Associate Development Programme organized by the international law firm Addleshaw Goddard in London, with the participation of associates from international law firms from the Addleshaw Goddard global connect network from Europe and outside.
The programme is based on the associate’s professional growth, developing leaders, communication, client-shaped and personal branding skills, and learning about innovation in a lawyer’s work. In addition to the training sessions and activities, the programme participants, including our colleagues, had an excellent opportunity to exchange experience and build their own personal networks with lawyers from even 20 different jurisdictions.
