Our team welcomes a new member – attorney-at-law Dr Lina Aleknaitė-van der Molen, an expert in the fields of finance and capital markets, joins the firm as a counsel. She will advise clients on financing transactions and securities, as well as investment fund formation and asset management.

With more than 14 years of experience in financial and capital markets, Lina has advised a number of banks operating in Lithuania, worked closely with several of the largest Lithuanian venture capital funds, and assisted issuers in resolving complex conflict situations. International legal directory The Legal 500 has recognised Lina as one of the leading experts in banking, finance and capital markets in Lithuania. She also holds a PhD in Law from the Central European University.
