We advised the Lithuanian venture capital firm Practica Capital on leading an investment round worth EUR 3 million for the Estonian startup Qminder.  For Qminder, this was the first case of institutional support, while for Practica Capital, it marked its first investment in Estonia from its latest fund.

Renowned technology investors in the funding round

The round also included Jaan Tallinn’s Metaplanet and strategic angel investors from Toggl, Pipedrive, Veriff and Wise.

Qminder offers customer service analytics and queue management software. The funds raised have enabled the startup to double its workforce, and it is now working towards the next goal: its primary focus is to triple its U.S. customer base.

Helery Pops, a partner at Practica Capital, pointed out that companies capable of continuous growth over a 10-year-period are rare. With its long operational history, Qminder is not your stereotypical startup, and yet it remains focused on exponential growth.

Our services and client team

We advised Practica Capital throughout the transaction, including conducting LDD, structuring the deal, preparing documentation, and negotiating.

Our team was led by counsel Mirell Prosa, who was supported by partner Toomas Prangli and associate Kadri Puu.
