We assisted Sweden-based Addnode Group in acquiring S-GROUP Solutions – a software company specialising in business-related GIS solutions for municipalities, water and sewage organisations, and real estate measurements.
Addnode Group, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of software and services for design, construction and product data, and a leading supplier of document and case management systems to public sector clients in Sweden.
Our services and the project team
Our team as local counsel, working with Delphi as lead counsel, carried out legal due diligence on the S-GROUP Solutions subsidiary in Lithuania and advised on other Lithuanian law matters related to the transaction. The team, led by partner Algirdas Pekšys and counsel Evaldas Dūdonis, consisted of senior associate Aurelija Daubaraitė and associate Sidas Sokolovas as well as legal assistants Barbora Bernatonytė ir Goda Jakubauskaitė.
