We advised Nordea Bank and DNB, major financial services groups in northern Europe, on the financing that Nordea and DNB provide to Luminor Group for developing Luminor’s lending activities, group liquidity buffers and refinancing existing debt.
Securing the financing
We also advised Nordea and DNB in negotiating a highly bespoke collateral package to secure the financing. Sorainen Estonian and Lithuanian team advised Nordea and DNB throughout the transaction from planning and structuring, through to signing and closing.
