Sorainen provides general legal assistance to global science and technology company Merck in the Baltics.
Assistance includes drafting and analysing commercial contracts according to local laws, advice on competition law, data protection law, application of the GDPR and local employment law. We have assisted with respect to interpreting local pharmaceutical regulations, especially as to interactions with health practitioners, hospitals and patients.
