We advised the shareholders of Artist Media on selling 90% of Artist Media’s shares to TV3’s parent company All Media Eesti. Established in 2002, Artist Media is the largest company in Estonia offering complete audio and in-store radio solutions. In 2018, the company generated a turnover of EUR 1.9 million and an operating profit of EUR 270 000.
New media segment for All Media Eesti

All Media Eesti is owned by international asset management firm Providence Equity Partners, whose Estonian portfolio includes Estonian TV channels TV3, TV6, 3+, CTC, RTR, Fox, Fox Life and National Geographic, digital platforms TVPlay and TVPlay Premium, radio stations Star FM, Power Hit Radio and Radio Volna, web advertising company All Media Digital and media company Buduaar Meedia.
