We advised ALSO Holding, one of the leading providers of ICT (information and communications technology) distribution, solutions and services in Europe, on an agreement with MCI Euroventures, the majority shareholder of ABC Data, regarding the takeover of the entire business operations of ABC Data. The client was advised in cooperation with law firm Wolf Theiss.
ABC Data is a distributor of IT hardware and consumer electronics in Poland and operates in a number of Central and Eastern Europe countries.
Our services and project team
We assisted ALSO Holding on Lithuanian matters in this transaction including transfer of shares in ABC Data’s Lithuanian subsidiary ABC Data Lietuva. The team consisted of partner Mantas Petkevičius with senior associate Deimantė Pagirienė and associate Jurgita Tekorienė.
