We advised a leading digital signage and in-location experience platform for brick-and-mortar, Raydiant, on the opening of a new office in Vilnius, Lithuania. The new office will be their second largest location after their San Francisco headquarters.
Raydiant plans to onboard 70 new team members this year in their new Lithuania location, and increase that number to 130 in 2023. The company will prioritize creating opportunities to attract, develop and retain more women candidates to create a more diverse workplace culture.
In addition to hiring, Raydiant’s expansion will also introduce its advanced in-location experience technology to the European marketplace. This technology is designed to elevate the customer’s in-store experience for improved revenue and repeat business. This move will be part of their larger expansion project for 2022.
Raydiant works with nearly 4,500 retail, e-commerce, and restaurant brands, including such well-known names as Red Bull, Harvard University, The Salvation Army, Chick-Fil-A, and Thomson Reuters.
