We advised Aristocrat Digital, an Australian gambling machine manufacturer, in a strategic investment in Neskin Games, a game development studio based in Minsk, Belarus.

A cooperation partner of Neskin Games, Big Fish Games is a game development studio and distribution platform for third party developers based in Seattle and known for such games as Cooking Craze, Gummy Drop!, Fairway Solitaire, and Big Fish Casino. It was acquired by Aristocrat back in 2018 to scale up its social casino business.
Neskin Games is a resident of the High-Tech Park in Belarus developing mobile free-to-play games for iOS and Android platforms with focus on the merge-3 genre.
We acted as Belarusian legal advisor to Aristocrat and provided client support in Belarusian aspects of the deal, including legal due diligence and transaction advice. Our core project team consisted of partner Kiryl Apanasevich and senior associate Viktoryia Mikhnevich with associates Aliaksei Vashkevich and Tatsiana Zubarava.
