We advised VALMIERMUIŽAS ALUS, one of the most popular breweries in Latvia, during an intellectual property protection case. Specifically, one of the competitors of VALMIERMUIŽAS ALUS started to distribute soft drinks with a similar design of labelling to VALMIERMUIŽAS ALUS’s products.
Our assistance
Our assistance included the preparation of two cease and desist letters and assistance in preparing a consumer survey in which consumers expressed their opinions regarding the confusing similarity between VALMIERMUIŽAS ALUS and its competitors’ labelling designs.
