We advised the investment company Atsinaujinančios energetikos investicijos, managed by Lords LB Asset Management, on a second four-year green bond issue, with a total value of EUR 10 million. The main distributor of the bond issue was Luminor bank.
This is the second placement of the Atsinaujinančios energetikos investicijos under the EUR 100 million bond programme. The first and second distributions were both EUR 35 million bond issues.
Under the terms of the issue, funds received will be used in accordance with Atsinaujinančios energetikos investicijos’ public Green Bond Framework. Investments will be mainly used for solar and wind energy projects in the Baltics and Poland.
A total of EUR 35 million of bonds issued to date will be listed on Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange on 20 July 2022.
