Sorainen is advising Eurodent Hambakliinik on the transfer of its dental care business to Unimed, a company belonging to the portfolio of BaltCap Private Equity Fund. The transaction requires approval from the Estonian competition authorities. Sorainen has been advising Eurodent Hambakliinik throughout the whole transaction process.
