We assisted Brette Haus ‒ a recently established Latvian company providing innovative and mobile building solutions – with preparing a template of a sales contract for prefabricated folding houses.
We consulted the client on the most suitable contents and procedures to include in the contract, ensuring compliance with Latvian and foreign law requirements. We also prepared a full contract template to be used when selling their product in Latvia and abroad.
