We advised Jörgen Kohal, a decorated and highly renowned Estonian chef in divesting his interests in the businesses comprising the Poke Bowl and MEZE brands. The interests were acquired by Jörgen Kohal’s business partner and co-founder of the businesses, Mikk Rajaver.
Poke Bowl was established in 2018 and is Estonia’s first and largest restaurant chain specialising in poke bowls, a fixture of Hawaiian cuisine. Under the MEZE brand, Jörgen Kohal and Mikk Rajaver were the first to introduce a restaurant chain dedicated to Middle Eastern tastes to the Estonian market.
