We are advising UniCredit on the disposal of UniCredit Leasing and its operations in the Baltics to Citadele Bank.
The transaction involves branches of UniCredit Leasing in Lithuania and Estonia as well as its subsidiary UniCredit Insurance Broker and its branch in Estonia.
Our role in the acquisition
Our assistance covers all legal aspects of the transaction, which is expected to complete during the first quarter of 2020 and is pending approval by the regulatory authorities.
