We advised Clementer – an Estonian company intending to provide mainly mortgage-based loans – in obtaining a creditor’s licence.
Our services and project team
We assisted Clementer throughout the licensing process, including drafting internal rules, guidelines and other necessary documentation, advising in fit & proper proceedings for the managers of Clementer, advised in discussions with and in relation to other issues related to the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority.
The project team led by counsel Jane Eespõld also included senior associate Monika Tomberg, and associates Kamilla Alma Vilderson and Krista Ševerev.
