We advised SMIS International regarding participation in the procurement by Riga East University Hospital, where the hospital sought to contract disposable materials and instruments for interventional radiology manipulation. Sorainen helped during the entire procurement process, from registration with the Latvian e-tendering system and preparing the tender documentation, filing it and answering to the hospital’s requests for clarification. The client was awarded the general agreement and the supply contract for all the positions tendered for.
