Representing the client
We provided full legal support throughout the dispute: advised the client and prepared all necessary documents for the initiation of civil proceedings, represented the client in court and during the criminal investigation, led the negotiations with the opposing party, and assisted the client in reaching and concluding a settlement.
The legal dispute was ended by a mutually beneficial settlement.
