We assisted an international provider of integrated maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for rotorcraft aviation. The client had been declared the winner in a defence procurement for the National Armed Forces of Latvia, but competitors challenged the results of this defence procurement.
Our role
Our legal assistance included advising and representing the client during the complaints review proceedings before the Procurement Monitoring Bureau of Latvia. As the result, all complaints were dismissed and the client was able to conclude the contract. The value of the contract is approximately EUR 1.4 million.
