We advised E4F Money on obtaining an electronic money institution licence in Lithuania. The sole shareholder of the company is Exchange4free, a UK-based company with more than 30,000 private and corporate customers worldwide.
Expansion in Europe and Africa
The company will offer currency exchange and payment service solutions in Lithuania and other European countries to private and corporate clients operating in or travelling to African countries. The company also plans to offer payment solutions in South Africa and other African markets.

Our team consisted of partner Tomas Kontautas with associates Liutauras Vasiliauskas and Monika Tukačiauskaitė. We advised the client on establishing a company in Lithuania, preparing an electronic money institution licence application and represented the client at the Bank of Lithuania.
